In this gripping debut thriller, psychologist Joe O`Laughlin debates whether or not to betray doctor/patient privilege when he suspects one of his patients of murdering a nurse, another former patient--who once accused Joe of raping her. His professional quandary becomes far more personal when he himself becomes the police`s chief suspect and is arrested for the crime.
