When Miranda finally dumps Brendan, the rather creepy and intrusive guy she picks up at a skating rink, his response is revenge. Brendan is a professional charmer who quickly enlists Miranda's friends and family in his camp: no one can figure out what her problem is with Brendan, even the police. Eventually, Miranda finds a way to stop him, but not before some of the events she could have predicted have come to pass....
