Last year, on Halloween night, five teenagers are in a car crash. Five die, one is hopelessly brain-damaged, one survives--a boy named Tim. Tim finds the aftermath difficult, to say the least. Suicidal and depressed, he is watched over by a local cop who has his own problems. And now it's Halloween again, and the ghosts of the dead return....
