It is 1953 and Cuba is teeming with all sorts of characters. Among them is Earl Swagger, who has been sent to sunbaked Havana with a simple mission--to off Castro. Trouble is that while there are more than a few people who want to prevent that from happening, it seems that Earl isn't the only one with that particular mission objective....
