After a devastating fiery attack on London's Underground, Great Britain's top spy/assassin, Tara Chace, is assigned the responsibility of killing the mastermind of the terrorist plot, a Saudi Arabian cleric. Unfortunately, the mission does not go off entirely as planned, and Tara becomes a fugitive from her own government.
