Sullivan's Justice
The personal and the professional brutally collide for Carolyn Sullivan, a Ventura County investigative probation officer, in this follow-up to SULLIVAN'S LAW. Her latest assignment is 20-year-old psychopath Raphael Moreno, convicted of slaughtering his mother and sister, and then gunning down a family of five. Carolyn believes that the defendant had help with the latter set of murders. Then her own brother Neil is accused of killing his fiancee, and a search of his car reveals evidence suggesting that he might be Raphael's missing accomplice.
